Age Declaration

By entering our site and ultimately purchasing goods from vintage Adult Magazines, you have declared that you are, indeed, 18 years of age or above, or that you are of a legal age to view or possess such material in your country of residence. If it becomes evident that you are not legally entitled to view or possess such material, we reserve the right to refuse your order.

Products

All goods displayed on our site are held in stock, however, in the unlikely event that goods you have ordered are not available or are on order from our suppliers we will inform you as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to dispatch your order within the timescales provided on our ‘Delivery Information’ page. In the event of supply difficulties with any items, we will contact you immediately and outline the options available to you.

Price and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Whereas every effort is made to ensure the integrity and validity of the data displayed, there are occasions where errors may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to make alterations without notice to any part of the website and prices displayed.

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any delivery charges (see our ‘Delivery Information’ page). Payment of the total purchase price (including VAT and any delivery charges) must be made in full before dispatch of the goods.

We accept all major cards via our secure PayPal check-out system. You don’t need a PayPal account to shop with us. For your discretion payments will show on your statement as VAM- No mention of Vintage Adult Magazines whatsoever. 

All prices displayed including postage charges are quoted in £ UK Pound Sterling. Your card provider may apply exchange rates and charges.

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery. Ownership of the goods will pass to you only once we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges.

Returns

We ask that you inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to notify us within 7 days of delivery if the goods are damaged.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be your responsibility to return any faulty goods to us, and you shall be entitled to either replacement goods or a full refund (including delivery costs, if applicable) plus any return postal charges, only if the goods are, in fact, confirmed as defective.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from us on the package.

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date of which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
